Jon Cogburn is a professor and chair of the Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies at Louisiana State University and co-author of “Kayfabe Nation: Professional Wrestling, Donald Trump, and the New Cynicism” (2026). He has co-written or co-edited books on video games, Dungeons & Dragons and H.P. Lovecraft.
