Xoşewîst
Xoşewîst (his Kurdish given name) is a Syrian-German author and human rights activist who divides his time between Damascus and Berlin. He is the founder of DOZ e.V. (DOZ International), a nongovernmental organization that provides humanitarian aid and project development in Syria and Iraq. The name on Xoşewîst’s Syrian identity card is Abdulaziz Ramadan.
