Natalie Skowlund is an award-winning audio and digital journalist based in Bogota, Colombia. She often reports on immigration, health disparities and human rights issues across Latin America and the U.S. She holds a master’s degree in mass communication from the Arizona State University Walter Cronkite School of Journalism. Natalie is also a Fulbright scholar who has worked and studied in Colombia, Taiwan, Bolivia, Spain and Mexico. She speaks Spanish and Mandarin. Her work has been published with NPR, KFF Health News, the Index on Censorship and more.
