Ahmad Haj Hamdo is a Syrian investigative journalist, fact-checker and co-founder of Syrian Investigative Reporting for Accountability Journalism (SIRAJ). He has worked for international and Arab media outlets, including The Guardian, UBI, AFP, GIJN, ARIJ and Al Jazeera Media Institute. He is especially interested in open-source research and digital verification. He graduated from Damascus University with a degree in media.
