Sawsan Zaher
Sawsan Zaher is a Palestinian human rights lawyer based in Haifa. She has extensive experience in constitutional strategic litigation on behalf of Palestinians before Israeli courts and recently represented the Palestinian Authority in a constitutional petition brought before the Israeli Supreme Court, as well as the National Committee for Arab Local Councils in Israel. Prior to August 2021, she was the deputy general director and senior attorney at Adalah Legal Center: The Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel.
