Rafael Toriz is an author whose books include “Animalia,” “Metaficciones,” “Del furor y el desconsuelo,” “Serenata,” “La ciudad alucinada” and “La distortion.” A curator of contemporary art and a radio presenter, he recently selected, translated and prefaced the book “Galaxia de un hombre solo. Prosa, verso y miscelánea” by the Portuguese writer Fernando Pessoa and “Resaca tropical,” featuring translations of Mário de Andrade and Oswald de Andrade.
