Dr. Burcu Ozcelik holds a PhD in Politics and International Relations from the University of Cambridge, where she is currently an affiliated lecturer. She teaches and advises on the contemporary politics of the Middle East, US foreign policy and energy geopolitics in the Eastern Mediterranean.
