Filip Kovacevic has more than 20 years of university teaching experience across Europe, the Balkans, the former USSR, and the U.S., including two years at Smolny College in St. Petersburg, the first liberal arts college in Russia. He currently teaches at the University of San Francisco and specializes in East European and Russian intelligence history.
